Magazine Cover Review

     I personally don't read magazines, but they have very capturing cover pages at the store that makes me want to buy them. Nowadays most magazines have changed their style to capture modern readers that are used to get their information off the internet or on their phones. According to the article "Most magazines now resemble movie posters more closely than they do the dry pages of a book. They are filled with color, over sized headlines, graphics, photos, and pull quotes." This quote compares to another part from the article which talks about how this generation which has a short attention span which has influenced magazines to shorten their article. Many magazines did not change; an example is the "Oprah Magazine". Many people know Oprah from her show and many people follow her work and her magazine network. Title Sequence Clip Review

One might think that the most important part of a movie is knowing the characters or knowing the plot, however, the opening scenes of a film could explain the whole movie, if you pay attention. Authors use specific fonts and prints in the opening sequences to describe what the movie will be about. They  set up the expectation of an audience from the introductory music and the images displayed. As an example, shown in the opening sequence of  "A Space Odyssey" , the audience will see a black screen with music that make you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, all alone. As the music changes to make you feel like you have accomplished a greatness, you can see that you're in space. It continues showing monkeys in the middle of nowhere and you can see them discovering tools like a hint on human evolution.  Opening sequences can give consistency to a movie series. For example, in th e James Bond serie s  there is the same theme song for ever...
